Shipping

Despatch times are up to 48 hours (Mon - Fri), the estimated delivery time is 5 working days (7-10 working days for most of our personalisation items) after the email confirmation. We do not guarantee delivery dates or times, please leave sufficient time to order your items with delivery timescales labelled. 

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, if delivery is not available Royal Mail standard T&Cs apply e.g., Leave with a neighbour, or collect from local sorting office. 

Delivery of the order shall be completed when Royal Mail attempt to deliver to the address listed within the order. 

Any changes to the delivery will be at your costs e.g., Royal Mail redelivery service. 

If we are unable to complete any delivery within the Contract, we will inform you and on some occasions, offer you a full refund or alternative (discount or product).
